Daily inspection: Before starting the machine every day, check whether all components of the equipment are normal, such as the cooling level and temperature of the laser, the lubrication condition of the mechanical arm, the cleanliness of the optical components, the wire feeding mechanism and the gas supply system, etc.

2. Regular maintenance:  Regularly replace the protective lens of the laser cutting head to keep it clean.
