Advantages of machine
High accuracy: positioning accuracy 0.05mm, repeated positioning accuracy 0.02mm.
Narrow slit: the laser beam is focused into a small spot, so that the focus point reaches a high power density, the material is quickly heated to the degree of gasification, evaporation to form holes. As the light beam moves relatively linearly with the material, the holes continuously form a slit of very narrow width. The incision width is generally 0.10 ~ 0.20mm.
Smooth cutting surface: the cutting surface has no burrs, and the surface roughness of the incision is generally controlled within Ra12.5.
Fast speed: the cutting speed can reach 10m/min, and the maximum positioning speed can reach 70m/min, which is much faster than the wire cutting speed.
Good cutting quality: no contact cutting, the cutting edge is very little affected by heat, basically no thermal deformation of the workpiece, completely avoid the collapsing edge formed when the material is punching and cutting, generally do not need secondary processing.
No damage to the workpiece: the laser cutting head will not be in contact with the surface of the material to ensure that the workpiece is not scratched.
Not affected by the hardness of the material to be cut: the laser can process steel plates, stainless steel, aluminum alloy plates, cemented carbide, etc., no matter what kind of hardness, you can cut without deformation.
Not affected by the shape of the workpiece: laser processing flexibility is good, can process any graphics, can cut pipes and other profiles.
Can cut and process non-metals: such as plastic, wood, PVC, leather, textiles and plexiglass.
Saving mold investment: laser processing does not require mold, no mold consumption, no need to repair mold, save time to replace mold, thus saving processing costs, reduce production costs, especially suitable for processing large products.
Material saving: Using computer programming, you can cut the whole sheet material of different shapes of products to maximize the utilization rate of materials.

Machine body
The machine bodies produced by our company are all welded from square steel pipes. The bed is a heavy-duty bed and the work surface is precisely processed to ensure the stability and high precision of the whole machine.
Guide rail
The guide rail surface is precisely ground and has high plane accuracy; the reference guide rail datum has high linearity.
table
Blade table space is relatively large, and the contact surface of the material is relatively small, very suitable for acrylic, density board and other hard plates, to avoid leaving traces at the bottom of the material.
Honeycomb table is more suitable for leather, cloth, paper and other soft materials. These soft materials can be adsorbed to ensure that the material is smooth and to eliminate bumps and warped edges.
Laser tube
