The three-process machine has three HQD 4.5KW spindles, High quality, accuracy, fast and small noise,which can realize the rotation of three tools highly improve the working efficiency.

inverter

Three spindles are equipped with three Fuling inverter.

Inverter on router machine is mainly used to control spindle' start, stop,and adjust spindle speed.

motor and driver

We use Leadshine drive and motor, high speed and good quality driver and Leadshine motor,it can improved greatly step torque resolution,reduse the torque ripple,avoid the low frequency resonance and reduce running noise.

rail guide

Imported Taiwan HIWIN Square Rail guide, smoothly and high accuracy.The square rail can bear high load pressure in four directions, has high positioning precision, small friction coefficient, and can keep walking precision for a long time.
