Routine maintenance of fiber laser cutting machine

1.Before starting the machine each day, carefully check the pressure of the laser working gas, auxiliary
gas, and cutting auxiliary gas. If the gas pressure is insufficient, replace it in time and check for leaks in
the pipeline.
2.Check if the lubricating oil tank is low on oil. If it is, please replenish it promptly.
3.Check if the laser preparation status button is damaged (check the indicator light) and if the machine
tool emergency stop button is working properly;
4.Check whether the limit switches and stop block mounting screws of the X, Y, and Z axes are loose, and
whether the limit switches of each axis are sensitive.
5.If a 24-hour warning appears before starting cutting each day, the laser gas mixture should be purged
promptly to avoid affecting normal cutting. After purging, the gas valve must be tightened to prevent
leakage. The gas mixture is toxic, so please pay attention to safety during operation.
6.Check the circulating water level in the chiller's water tank; add water promptly if necessary.
7.Check the external optical path's circulating water system for leaks. Leaks must be addressed promptly,
otherwise the lifespan of the optical lenses will be affected.
8.After each day's cutting, check the focusing lens for damage.
9.Check the external optical path's telescopic bellows for burnt or damaged sections. If the bellows is
found to be burnt, immediately check the external optical path for polarization.
10.After completing the work, promptly clean up cutting waste and sweep the work area to maintain a
neat and clean environment. Simultaneously, clean the equipment, ensuring all parts are clean and free of
stains, and that no debris is placed on any part of the equipment.
