Folding alarm fault
Overrange alarm, indicating that the machine has reached the limit position during operation, please check according to the following steps:
1. Whether the size of the design is beyond the processing range.
2. Check whether the connection line between the machine motor shaft and the lead screw is loose. If so, tighten the screw.
3. Whether the machine and the computer are properly grounded.
4. Whether the current coordinate value exceeds the soft limit value range.
Fold alarm and disarm
When overrunning, all motion axes are automatically set in the point state, as long as the manual arrow key is held down, when the machine leaves the limit position (that is, out of the overrunning point switch), the connected motion state is restored at any time.
When moving the workbench, pay attention to the direction of movement, and must be far from the limit position.
The soft limit alarm needs to be able to clear XYZ to zero in coordinate Settings
Folding non-alarm fault
1, repeated processing accuracy is not enough, according to the first second check.
2, the computer runs, the machine does not move, check the computer control card and electrical box connection head is loose, if so, plug, and tighten the fixing screws.
3, the machine can not find the signal when returning to the mechanical origin, check according to article 2. Mechanical origin approach switch failed.
Folded output fault
1, no output, please check whether the computer and the control box are connected.
2, open the engraving manager Settings to check whether the space is full, delete the unused files in the manager.
3, signal wire wiring is loose, carefully check whether the lines are connected.
Folding engraving fault
1, whether the screws in various parts are loose.
2. Check whether the path you are handling is correct.
3, whether the file is too large to cause computer processing errors.
4, increase or decrease the spindle speed to adapt to different materials (generally 8000-24000)
5, loosen the knife chuck, turn the knife in the direction of clamping, put the knife right, so as not to carve the object is not smooth.
6, check whether the tool is damaged, put on a new knife, re-engraving.
