1. Safety protection:
# The laser used by the engraving machine is invisible light, which is harmful to the human body. It is strictly forbidden to penetrate the various parts of the body into the light path to avoid burns. Be sure to close the machine compartment cover during operation.
# Personnel in the work area should not look directly at the arc or flame during cutting to protect their eyes from injury.
# There is high pressure in the machine, it is strictly prohibited to use in too humid environment, so as not to cause high pressure ignition.
2. Operation safety:
# It is strictly prohibited to leave the machine during processing, and timely clean up the debris on the side of the machine to avoid burning and resulting in various safety accidents.
# Before use, check whether the cooling water is frozen, there is scale, dirty blockage, circulation cooling pump is running normally, so as not to cause damage to the laser. It is strictly prohibited to use without cooling water.
# Do not touch the lens with hands or other objects, so as not to cause damage to the lens coating. After the machine is opened, it is strictly forbidden to push the guide rail by hand to avoid damage to its transmission system.
3. Maintenance Maintenance:
# Ensure the smooth ventilation and dust removal system to prevent the chassis from corrosion caused by excessive accumulation of dust and moisture and damage to electronic components.
# Keep the inside and outside of the equipment clean after use, remove the engraving residue, wipe the rail and other parts easy to rust with oil. Lens cleaning can only be gently wiped with absorbent cotton dipped in anhydrous ethanol.
4. Personnel training:
# No personnel shall operate the machine without training. After the completion of the engraving task, the power supply and water source must be cut off before leaving.
5. Environmental requirements:
# The ambient temperature should be between 10-30°, and it is forbidden to use the machine tool at overheated or undercooled temperatures to maintain the accuracy and performance of the machine tool.
