1. This cutting machine is a gantry structure, which adopts double-axis guide rail and bilateral drive. The horizontal span has various specifications (can be customized according to customer's plate), the control system adopts industrial computer, and can accept external machining program introduction and cutting. Timely graphics tracking is available. Can be used with various CNC systems at home and abroad.
2.According to user requirements can be configured with flame / plasma cutting torch and supporting automatic height adjustment system, can be equipped with CNC cutting and straight cutting, optional automatic height adjustment system.
3. The beam adopts square tube welded structure, which has good overall rigidity and high strength, and effectively prevents structural deformation. Each guide surface is precision machined to ensure proper positioning of each moving body. The unilateral drive of the two ends of the frame adopts the pull-open three-point positioning, the bilateral drive adopts symmetrical processing, and the center of gravity is stable, ensuring a good dynamic balance.
