1.Auto Focus :
When we mark work-pieces with different height, the displacement transducer can Automatically sense workpiece height . The Galvo head will be up and down automatically,no need move the Galvo head by hand when marking workpieces with different height.
2.Cyclops camera position system:
We can see work-piece photo in software through the camera. Then we can set the marking point on the photo via software,then the machine engrave the same place on the work-piece,no need to move the work-piece.

We arrange final test before shipment. We run the machine without materials for a few days, and then mark materials for test. After making sure the machine is the best performance, then ship out the machine.
After sale service
1.Details english manual book which explain the use of machines and software. Guide the customer proper use, extend product life and reduce energy consumption.
2.English documents instruction to show you how to install the machine according to each machine of order(including photos and words).

About warranty
The whole machine warranty is 2 years, And the laser source warranty is 3 years.
If problems within warranty period ,we do as following:
1)Electrical components: Switching power supply, AC contactor, Switch buttons. If have quality problem in within 2 years,we sent to you a new one and free.
2).Motherboard and galvanometer have quality problems, We will send the new one to you , But the customer needs to return the old part to us.
3).If the laser source have quality problems,the user need send the fiber laser source back to our company and we will repair it and send back to you free.
