 Comply with general cutting machine safety operating procedures. Start the laser strictly according to the laser startup procedure;
 The operator must be trained, familiar with the equipment structure and performance, and master the relevant knowledge of the operating system;
 Wear labor protection equipment as required, and wear protective glasses that meet the requirements near the laser beam;
 Do not process a material before clarifying whether it can be irradiated or heated by laser to avoid potential dangers of smoke and steam;
 When the equipment is started, the operator shall not leave the post or ask someone to take care of it without authorization. If it is necessary to leave, the machine should be shut down or the power switch should be turned off;
 Keep the fire extinguisher in a handy place; turn off the laser or shutter when not processing; do not place paper, cloth or other flammable materials near the unprotected laser beam;
 If an abnormality is found during the processing, the machine should be shut down immediately, the fault should be eliminated in time or the technician should be contacted for processing;
 Keep the laser, bed and surrounding area clean, orderly and oil-free, and the workpieces, plates and waste materials should be stacked according to regulations;
 When using gas cylinders, avoid crushing the welding wires to avoid leakage accidents. The use and transportation of gas cylinders must comply with the gas cylinder monitoring regulations. It is forbidden to expose gas cylinders to the sun or near heat sources. When opening the bottle valve, the operator must stand on the side of the bottle mouth; 10: High-pressure safety regulations must be followed during maintenance. Maintenance every 40 hours of operation or every week, every 1,000 hours of operation or every six months must be carried out in accordance with regulations and procedures;
 After starting up, the machine tool should be manually started at low speed in the X and Y directions to check and confirm whether there are any abnormal conditions;
 After inputting a new workpiece program, it should be tested and checked for operation;
 When working, pay attention to the operation of the machine tool and the gantry travel so that adjustments can be made in time.
