A fiber laser marking machine is a device that uses a laser beam to leave permanent marks on various materials. Its working principle is to evaporate the surface material to reveal the deeper material, or to etch the surface material through physical changes caused by light energy, or to burn away part of the material to show the desired etching pattern, words, barcodes, and other graphics. The fiber laser marking machine mainly consists of a laser, a scanning head, and a marking card. It uses a fiber laser to produce laser light, which has the characteristics of good beam quality (fundamental mode) and no maintenance. Its output central wavelength is 1064nm, and the machine's service life is about 100,000 hours. The electric-to-light conversion efficiency is 28% or higher, making it more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly than other types of laser marking machines.
