Maintenance of CNC Router
1. The continuous operation time is less than 10 hours per day, and the cooling water is kept clean and the water pump works normally. The water spindle motor must not be short of water. The cooling water should be replaced regularly to prevent the water temperature from being too high. If the working environment temperature is too low in winter, the water in the water tank can be replaced with antifreeze.
2. After each use of the machine, pay attention to cleaning. Be sure to clean the dust on the platform and the transmission system, and lubricate the transmission system (X, Y, and Z axes) regularly (weekly). (Note: The X, Y, and Z axes are maintained with engine oil; the screw rod is added with high-speed butter; in winter, if the working environment temperature is too low, the screw rod and the light rod (square guide rail or circular guide rail) should be rinsed and cleaned with gasoline first, and then engine oil should be added, otherwise it will cause excessive resistance in the transmission part of the machine and cause the machine to be misaligned.)
3. When performing maintenance and inspection on electrical appliances, be sure to cut off the power supply, and wait until the monitor has no display and the main circuit power indicator light goes out before proceeding.
