Precautions for laser welding machine
(1) In the process of operating the laser welding machine, if you encounter an emergency situation (water leakage, abnormal sound of the laser, etc.), you need to immediately press the emergency stop and quickly cut off the power supply;
(2) The external circulating water switch of laser welding must be turned on before operation;
(3) Because the laser system adopts water cooling mode, the laser power supply adopts wind cooling mode, if the cooling system fails, it is forbidden to start the work;
(4) Do not disassemble any parts in the machine at will, do not weld when the machine safety door is opened, do not look at the laser with your eyes or reflect the laser when the laser is working, and use your eyes to face the laser welding head to avoid eye damage;
(5) Flammable and explosive materials shall not be placed on the laser path or the place where the laser beam can be irradiated to avoid causing fire and explosion;
(6) When the machine is working, the circuit is in a high voltage and strong current state, and it is strictly prohibited to touch the circuit components in the machine while working;
(7) Without training personnel are prohibited to operate the machine.
