Laser marking machine daily inspection before use

Clean the dust, dirt, foreign objects, etc. inside the equipment, and use a vacuum cleaner, alcohol and dust-free cloth to clean dust, dirt and foreign objects;
Check whether the focal length is within the standard focal length range and test whether the laser reaches the strongest state;
Check whether the field mirror is dirty and wipe it with lens paper;
Check whether the parameter setting screen on the laser is normal and the laser parameters are within the setting range;
Whether the machine is turned on normally, whether the machine main switch, laser control switch, and laser marking system switch are turned on normally;
Confirm that the switch is normal and effective, and check whether it is powered on after pressing the switch; whether the laser is working normally.
Check whether the equipment is grounded firmly, and the power cord and plug are intact to avoid leakage accidents
Precautions during use:

Avoid the galvanometer of the laser marking machine from strong magnetic, strong electric, and strong seismic current objects, and avoid hands and objects from touching the galvanometer. When the laser marking machine is not running, the marking machine and computer power should be disconnected, and the lens cover should be covered to avoid dust pollution and optical glass.
When the laser marking machine is used for a long time, dust in the air will be adsorbed on the lower surface of the focusing lens. In mild cases, it will reduce the power of the laser and affect the marking effect; in severe cases, it will cause the optical lens to absorb heat and overheat and burst. When the marking effect is not good, you should carefully check whether the surface of the focusing lens is contaminated. It is recommended that the operator clean the laser lens regularly.
Check whether the laser light is normal, open the software to start manual marking for laser testing.
