The daily maintenance of laser welding machines mainly includes equipment cleaning, inspection and replacement of wearing parts, maintenance of cooling systems and regular calibration to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend its service life.
Detailed maintenance steps:

1. Daily cleaning:
Keep the surface of the equipment and the workbench clean, and remove dust, oil and other debris.
Especially for fiber laser welding machines, it is necessary to regularly blow away the dust inside the fuselage with clean and dry compressed air, focusing on cleaning transformers, reactors and other parts.
Keep the optical lens clean to prevent dust and oil from affecting the beam quality.
2. Check and replace wearing parts:
Regularly check the electrical connection parts, such as power wiring terminals, internal wiring, etc., to ensure that the screws are tight, not loose, and not rusty, and perform rust removal when necessary.
Check whether the cooling fan is running normally and whether there is abnormal vibration, noise or odor.
Regularly check and replace wearing parts, such as protective lenses, water tanks, etc., to ensure equipment performance and safety.
3. Cooling system maintenance:
Replace cooling water regularly. It is recommended to use pure water or distilled water and control the water temperature within an appropriate range (generally 18-22°C, slightly different for different lasers).
Ensure that the cooling water path is unobstructed to avoid blockage or leakage, and regularly check whether the water pipe connection is firm.
According to seasonal and ambient temperature changes, adjust the cooling water temperature in time to avoid condensation inside the laser due to excessive temperature difference, which affects the performance of the equipment.
4. Regular calibration:
Calibrate the laser welding machine regularly to ensure the output beam quality and welding accuracy.
Use black photo paper to check the laser output spot. If unevenness or energy reduction is found, the resonant cavity should be adjusted in time.
