Maintenance issues of laser marking machine
1. Ensure air circulation around the laser marking machine to avoid overheating of the equipment;
2. Do not move the marking equipment, which will damage the service life of the equipment;
3. When the fiber laser marking machine fails, the power supply must be cut off first, in case the power switch has problems, the voltage is unstable or the current is too large, which may damage the laser and other equipment;
4. When the laser marking machine is not in use, please cover it with a hood and remember to cut off the power supply. It is recommended to add pads to the lower part of the machine body to prevent water immersion (consider the southern region that is prone to water immersion during the rainy season);
5. The cleaning method is to mix anhydrous ethanol (analytical pure) and ether (analytical pure) in a ratio of 3, 333, 601, use a long-fiber cotton swab or lens paper to penetrate the mixed solution 8, and gently wipe the surface under the focusing lens 6. After each marking, the light-emitting mirror stage on the equipment needs to be covered to prevent the contamination of the lens from affecting the laser, resulting in insufficient laser energy and affecting the marking quality (the on-site lens is generally equipped with a lens cover. If not, you can ask the manufacturer for one); 7. If the workpiece being marked will generate dust, it is best to equip it with a vacuum cleaner, because once the dust adheres to the focusing lens, it will affect the output of laser power and energy, affect the marking quality, and even cause the lens to burst due to excessive heat absorption. Therefore, if the marking effect is found to be poor (under normal circumstances), first check the lens problem, and clean it once contamination is found. Some problems in the operation of laser marking machines: 1. Comply with the safety operating procedures of the fiber laser marking machine. Start the laser strictly according to the laser start-up procedure;
2. Operators should be trained, familiar with the structure and performance of the fiber laser marking machine, and master the relevant knowledge of the operating system;
3. Wear labor protection equipment as required, and wear protective glasses that meet the requirements near the laser beam;
4. Do not process materials without knowing whether they can be irradiated or heated by the laser to avoid potential dangers of smoke and steam;
5. When the fiber laser marking machine is started, operators shall not leave their posts without authorization or entrust others to stay and be responsible. If you really need to leave, you should shut down the machine or turn off the power switch;
6. Keep the fire extinguisher within reach; turn off the laser or shutter when not processing; do not place paper, cloth or other flammable materials near the unprotected laser beam;
7. If abnormalities are found during processing, stop the machine immediately, troubleshoot the fault or report to the supervisor in time;
8. Keep the laser, bed and surrounding areas clean, orderly and oil-free, and stack workpieces, plates and waste as required;
9. When using gas cylinders, avoid squeezing the welding wire to avoid leakage accidents. The use and transportation of gas cylinders should comply with the gas cylinder supervision and management regulations. It is forbidden to expose gas cylinders to sunlight or near heat sources. When opening the cylinder valve, the operator must stand on the side of the bottle mouth;
10. When maintaining the fiber laser marking machine, please comply with high-voltage safety regulations. Maintenance should be carried out every 40 hours of operation or once a week, and every 1,000 hours of operation or once every 6 months, which should be carried out according to regulations and procedures;
11. After starting, manually start the machine tool at low speed in the X and Y directions to check for abnormalities;
12. After the new workpiece program is input, it should be put into trial operation first, and its operation should be checked;
13. When working, pay close attention to the operation of the machine to avoid accidents caused by abnormal operation of the marking machine.
