Maintenance of laser engraving machine
1. Cleaning of lens: Clean the lens regularly. Generally, it is recommended that you clean it once a week. In special cases, the cleaning frequency should be adjusted appropriately according to the intensity of the equipment. Customers whose processing materials are mainly wood need to increase the number of cleaning times to ensure the processing efficiency and effect of the product.
2. Rail care: Regularly maintain the rail. It is recommended to perform maintenance at least once every 6 months, mainly to apply lubricant (industrial lubricant) to the rail. Customers who process materials such as cloth, leather, plush, etc. should pay more attention to the maintenance of the rail. It is best to clean and maintain it in time after processing on the same day.
3. Water cooling system (for glass tube machines): Regularly replace the cooling water of the cooling laser. Customers who use water pumps should pay attention to prevent debris in the water. Once there is debris, it will enter the laser tube, which may cause the laser tube to fail to emit light. Users who use water chillers should also pay attention to changing water frequently in summer. It is recommended to change it every two weeks to ensure the normal operation of the laser machine.
4. Intermittent use maintenance (especially for college customers): If the equipment is not used for a long time, the water in the laser tube needs to be poured out and the equipment needs to be wrapped.
