How to maintain the laser welding machine in daily life to extend the life of the machine?
1. Equipment cleaning
Before and after each work, first clean the environment to make the floor dry and clean. Then clean the laser welding machine equipment, including the outer surface of the chassis, the observation system, the work surface, etc., which should be free of debris and clean. The protective lens should be kept clean.
2. Cooling inspection
1) The maintenance of the cooling system mainly involves regular inspection of the cooling water quality. If the water quality deteriorates, becomes turbid, or the transparency deteriorates, new water should be replaced in time. Regularly check the water volume in the water tank. If the water volume is insufficient, it should be added in time. This system recommends the use of deionized water or purified water.
2) Regularly check whether there is any leakage at the water pipe interface. If there is any leakage, tighten the screws there until there is no leakage. When the sealing joints between the xenon lamp and the laser rod and the cavity leak, the main reason is that the rubber sealing ring is deformed or aged. If it still leaks after tightening the screws, the rubber ring should be carefully checked. If it has failed, replace the spare rubber ring.
