Daily maintenance of welding machines is essential to ensure the normal operation of equipment, extend service life and ensure safety. Daily maintenance mainly includes cleaning, inspection and some minor maintenance, the specific contents are as follows:
1. Cleaning:
External cleaning:
Regularly use dry cloth or compressed air to remove dust, oil and debris on the surface of the welding machine, especially the radiator, fan and control panel.
Internal cleaning:
Regularly ask qualified technicians to clean the inside of the equipment, including cooling fans, terminals, transformers and circuit boards, etc., to ensure good heat dissipation and equipment operation.
2. Inspection:
Power cord and plug:
Check whether the power cord is intact, whether the plug is firm and reliable, and whether there is aging or damage.
Grounding wire:
Ensure that the grounding wire is firmly connected and the grounding resistance meets the requirements to prevent electric shock accidents.
Cooling system:
Check whether the cooling fan is operating normally, whether the coolant is sufficient, and whether the heat sink of the water cooler is clean.
Electrode clamp, cable and other accessories:
Check whether the electrode clamp is clamped tightly, whether the cable is worn, and whether other accessories are intact.
Gas system:
For gas shielded welding machines, check whether the gas circuit is unobstructed, whether the gas cylinder pressure is normal, and whether the gas circuit connection is firm.
Control system:
Check whether the welding current, voltage and other parameters are adjustable, and whether the indicator lights on the control panel are working properly.
