1 There are many gaps in the chuck, each time before the clamping tool, you need to use gasoline or WD40 cleaning agent to scrub the chuck clean, and check and remove the residue in the chuck gap
2 The matching between the chuck and the shaft depends on the cone hole contact at the end of the shaft, if the contact is not good, the tool is not easy to install, to ensure that the cone has good contact. The shaft cone must be scrubbed clean with gasoline or WD40 cleaning agent before cutting
3 Put the chuck into the pressure cap, gently turn the chuck spring, the eccentric part of the pressure cap is concave into the chuck slot, and push the chuck evenly along the direction of the arrow, you can be put into the pressure cap
4 Install the chuck and press cap together on the spindle of the machine tool. Clean the cylindrical handle of the tool and put it into the holding hole. After confirming that the chuck and the tool are in line, twist the press cap into place by hand. Then use the wrench to evenly tighten the pressure cap until the tool is firmly clamped before use
5 When loosening the knife, use a wrench to twist the pressure cap in the opposite direction. If you need to change the chuck, loosen the pressure cap to bring out the chuck and the tool, remove the tool, push the chuck along the direction of the arrow to push it out, and then change the chuck with other aperture as needed.
