As a cooling device for fiber laser cutting machines, the chiller ensures that the fiber laser cutting machine operates normally under a constant temperature. The dedicated chiller for fiber laser cutting machines belongs to the refrigeration type industrial chiller, featuring two working modes: constant temperature and intelligent temperature adjustment, with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.3℃. It is richly configured, featuring advanced functions such as input and output control device switches, cooling water flow, and high and low temperature alarms. It is stable and durable in performance and particularly outstanding in energy conservation and environmental protection.
Precautions for use:
1. Please ensure that the power socket has good contact and the ground wire is reliably grounded!
2. Please ensure that the working voltage of the chiller is stable and normal!
As the refrigeration compressor is highly sensitive to the power supply voltage, the normal operating voltage of our company's standard products is 200 to 250V(100 to 130V for 110V models). If a wider operating voltage range is indeed required, it can be customized separately.
3. Mismatch of power frequency can cause damage to the machine!
Please use the 50Hz or 60Hz model according to the actual situation.
4. To protect the circulating water pump, it is strictly prohibited to operate it without water!
Before packing the new machine, the water storage tank has been emptied. Please make sure the water tank is filled with water before starting the machine; otherwise, the water pump is very likely to be damaged. When the water level in the water tank is below the green (NORMAL) range of the water level gauge, the cooling capacity of the cooler will slightly decrease. Please ensure that the water level in the water tank is within the green (NORMAL) range of the water level gauge. The use of circulating pumps for drainage is strictly prohibited!
5. Please ensure that the air intake and exhaust channels of the chiller are unobstructed!
The upper air outlet of the chiller should be at least 1250px away from obstacles, and the side air inlet should be at least 500px away from obstacles.
6. The filter screen at the air inlet must be cleaned regularly!
The dust-proof net must be disassembled and cleaned regularly. Severe blockage of the dust-proof net can cause malfunction of the chiller.
7. Please pay attention to the influence of condensate water!
When the water temperature is lower than the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity is high, condensation water will form on the surface of the circulating water pipe and the cooled device. When the above situations occur, it is recommended to increase the water temperature or insulate the water pipes and the cooled components.
