1. Before starting the machine each day, carefully check the pressure of the laser working gas, auxiliary gas, and cutting auxiliary gas. If the gas pressure is insufficient, replace them promptly. Check for leaks in the pipelines.

2. Check if the lubrication tank is low on oil. If so, replenish it immediately.

3. Check if the laser preparation status button is damaged (check the indicator light) and if the machine's emergency stop button is functioning properly.

4. Check if the limit switches and stop block mounting screws of the X, Y, and Z axes are loose, and check the sensitivity of the limit switches on each axis.

5. If a 24-hour warning appears before starting cutting each day, promptly change the laser mixed gas to avoid affecting normal cutting. After changing the gas, tighten the gas valve to prevent leaks. The mixed gas is toxic; exercise caution during operation.

6. Check the circulating water level in the chiller tank. If it is insufficient, add water promptly. 7. Check the external optical path circulating water system for leaks. Leaks must be addressed promptly, otherwise the lifespan of the optical lenses will be affected.

8. After each day's cutting, check the focusing lens for damage.

9. Check the external optical path's telescopic bellows for burnt or broken parts. If the bellows are burnt, immediately check the external optical path for polarization.

10. After work, promptly clean up cutting waste and sweep the work area, keeping it tidy and clean. Simultaneously, clean the equipment, ensuring all parts are clean and free of stains. No debris should be placed on any part of the equipment.

11. After each day's work, open the drain valve on the air compressor's bottom storage tank to drain the wastewater. Close the valve after the wastewater has drained.

Power On/Off Procedures and Precautions

1. Power On/Off Procedures:
Power On: Close the power circuit breaker and turn on the key switch.

Power Off: Turn off the industrial control computer system, turn off the key switch, and turn off the main power supply.

Precautions: After powering on, perform the return-to-machine origin operation, cutter head calibration, and lens inspection.

2. Laser:
Power On: Turn the key switch to "ON" and press the "START" button (it should light up normally).

Power Off: From the machine tool or laser panel, turn off the LEAD BEAM (red light) and EMISSION (optical valve), then turn the key switch to the neutral position.

Precautions: Turn on the water chiller 5 minutes after powering on, and turn off the laser 5 minutes after turning off the water chiller.

In winter, please strictly follow the laser's winter maintenance manual to avoid freezing damage.

3. Regulated Power Supply: Power On: Close the incoming circuit breaker and press the start button.

Power Off: Press the stop button and close the connection circuit breaker.

Note: The operating mode should be in the automatic position.

4. Water Chiller: Power On: Turn the water chiller circuit breaker to "ON" and press the "START" button.

Power Off: Press the "STOP" button and turn the water chiller circuit breaker to "OFF".

Note: Low-temperature water should be 27℃, high-temperature water 30℃, and distilled water should be replaced every 6 months. Clean the filter promptly.

5. Air Compressor: Power On: Close the power circuit breaker and toggle the switch to "ON".

Power Off: Toggle the switch to "OFF" and disconnect the power circuit breaker.

Note: Loading pressure is 1 MPa, unloading pressure is 1.25 MPa. Drain water daily from the valve below the air tank.

6. Refrigerated Dryer: Power On: Press the switch (lights up normally).

Power Off: Turn off the switch (before turning off, use the air tank valve to stop air flow).

Note: The status window indicator should be in the green area.

7. Air Tank: Open: Open the valve after turning on the refrigerated dryer.

Close: Close the outlet valve.

Note: Drain water daily through the bottom valve.
