Daily care and maintenance of engraving machines
The engraving machine is a precision CNC equipment, so it needs daily maintenance to extend the service life of the machine. Therefore, it is recommended to use the following maintenance and maintenance methods.
1. The continuous working time should not exceed ten hours a day, and clean cooling water should be used to ensure the normal operation of the water pump and avoid water shortage of the spindle motor. The cooling water needs to be replaced regularly to prevent the water temperature from being too high. In winter, the ambient temperature is too low, and the water in the water tank can be replaced with antifreeze.
2. After using the machine, clean it in time to ensure that the dust on the platform and transmission system is cleaned, and lubricate the transmission system regularly or irregularly.
3. The power must be cut off until the display is clear and the main circuit power indicator goes out before continuing.
Maintenance: The engraving machine is not working properly, which may be due to problems with its internal components or other reasons. The following is a general introduction to common problems.
(1) If one of the three axes does not move, then it is necessary to check whether the corresponding drive block is damaged. The method is: unplug the aviation plug corresponding to the fixed axis and replace it with the drive corresponding to the other active axis.
(2) If the fixed axis moves normally after the exchange, it means that the drive block corresponding to the axis is damaged and needs to be replaced with a good drive block. If the fixed axis still does not work, it may be a cable or motor failure, and a new one needs to be replaced to make it continue to operate. All three axes cannot move. Check whether the aviation plugs of the three axes are connected to the control box and whether the power of the control box is turned on. Check whether the data cable is connected to the control box and the host control card. If all of the above are normal, you need to contact the supplier in time.
