1. Precautions
① The laser is an air-cooled laser, and the working environment (room temperature) temperature is required to be between 10℃ and 35℃ (25℃ is the best)
② It is strictly forbidden to bend the optical fiber. If bending is required, ensure that the minimum diameter of the optical fiber bending circle is greater than 20 cm
③ When an abnormal phenomenon occurs, first turn off the laser power supply and the galvanometer power supply, and then check
2. Daily maintenance
① Cleaning of the lens. It is recommended to clean it before work every day. The equipment must be turned off
To clean the focusing lens, gently rotate the focusing lens from the lens frame, bend the lens paper into several folds, wet it with cleaning fluid, and use the wet lens paper to gently wipe the lens surface several times until the mirror surface is clean and there is no dust and oil on the lens surface.
② Clean the dust on the surface and inside of the machine regularly to ensure internal cleanliness.
③ Common troubleshooting
A. Cannot start
Check if the power is on
Check if the air switch is closed
B. No light during marking, red light is not displayed
Check if the laser control line on the USB board is loose
Check if the 24V switching power supply of the laser is normal
Check if the laser cooling fan is working properly
C. The air switch trips
The main circuit has damaged components
D. The galvanometer does not move, or does not move in one direction
Check if the XY status indicator of the galvanometer is normal
Check if the galvanometer wiring is loose
Check if the galvanometer switch power supply is normal
Check if the USB board galvanometer output signal is normal
